What we look afterEvery Bayleaf engagement begins with a walk-through and a written task list. We keep the menu deliberately short — five disciplines we have practised for over a decade in Kuala Lumpur's climate.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly upkeep for condos, terrace homes and bungalows. A two-person crew with senior oversight. Same faces every visit, written checklist, humidity-aware product set.
From RM 180 per visit, two-hour minimum.
Residential detailsScheduled office, retail and clinic care across the Klang Valley. We work the early-evening or pre-opening windows. Replenishables, sanitary bin rotation and consumable tracking included.
From RM 480 per visit, four-hour minimum.
Commercial detailsA single intensive visit between handover and move-in. Builder dust is removed from every surface including aircon vents, sliding tracks, light fittings and the underside of cabinetry.
From RM 950 for a one-bedroom unit.
Cleanup detailsHot-water extraction for sofas, rugs and mattresses. Suitable for natural fibres, microfibre fabric and most leather. We move furniture, lift the piece if needed and place dimpled foam underneath.
From RM 260 for a three-seater sofa.
Upholstery detailsExternal and internal window cleaning up to the eighteenth floor using a water-fed pole system. Sliding tracks, louvres and aluminium frames are detailed by hand. Safety lines on every height visit.
From RM 380 per condominium unit.
Window detailsLong-stay residences, expat handovers, holiday-let rotations and embassy-grade discretion when needed. Quoted as a written package rather than a per-hour rate.

The crew arrives within a 30-minute window. You receive a WhatsApp update 15 minutes before the team is at your door.
Shoes are removed at the entrance, drop sheets go down on hardwood, and the caddy is staged near the kitchen. Total set-up is around four minutes.
The senior cleaner runs the checklist top to bottom, room by room. The other cleaner handles parallel tasks such as ironing or laundry.
You receive a one-line message at the end of the visit summarising what was done, anything that needs your attention, and the next scheduled visit.
