How a Bayleaf booking works

Four conversations, then we get out of your way.

  1. Walk-through

    Twenty minutes at your place, on a weekday or weekend. We map the rooms, talk surfaces and finishes, and write down the bits that matter to you.

  2. Written quote

    Within a working day you receive a one-page proposal: hours per visit, products used, who shows up and the price. Nothing else.

  3. First visit

    Your senior cleaner is on site and runs the first session with you nearby. We rebalance the checklist after that visit, no charge for the change.

  4. Settle in

    We hold a copy of your keys (locked at our office, two-signature access). You message a single number for changes, swaps or extras.

Common questions

Things people usually ask before they book.

Which neighbourhoods do you cover?

The whole Klang Valley including KLCC, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Bukit Bintang, Cheras, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Damansara and Shah Alam. For one-off projects we travel as far as Putrajaya and Kajang on request.

Do I have to be home during the visit?

Not at all. Most regular customers give us a key, which lives in a two-signature lockbox at our Wisma Sime Darby office. The keys are signed in and out only by the supervisor on duty.

What products do you use?

Mostly Malaysian-made non-toxic detergents we have been buying for years from a small producer in Klang. We can switch to your preferred brand if you would rather supply your own — we keep a small space in the caddy for that.

How does pricing work?

By the hour for maintenance visits (minimum two hours, two cleaners). Larger projects such as post-renovation or commercial schedules are quoted as a written package. There is no per-square-foot trick.

Are you insured?

Yes. Bayleaf carries third-party public liability of RM 2,000,000 and a separate fidelity bond covering loss inside customer premises. The policy certificate is shared in the welcome pack.

Can I change my checklist mid-month?

Of course. The checklist is yours and the senior cleaner is happy to rebalance it on the spot. We do not charge to amend tasks if the total visit length stays roughly the same.
