Ordinary cleaning does not undo the renovation.
A regular maintenance visit assumes the home is already broadly clean. Post-renovation is a different animal: the contractors have packed up two weeks ago, the dust has settled into every horizontal surface, and there are blobs of paint on the inside lip of doors, sealant residue on basin rims, and a film of cement leachate on grouting.
It is also the only chance you will have to reach certain places easily — the inside of empty wardrobes, the underside of kitchen cabinets, the back of bathroom mirrors — before furniture is moved in and curtains are hung. Get this visit right and the home stays cleaner for years.
We do not subcontract post-renovation work. The same Bayleaf team that handles your maintenance visits also runs the cleanup. It means you meet your future crew at the very start.
